In order to access the members-only site, you need to register the first time, by entering your nine-digit membership number that appears on your RTO/ERO membership card as your username, and then choose a password of your choice. Please mark it down for future reference. If you do forget your password in the future, you can simply re-register with a new password, by again putting in your RTO/ERO membership number. Once you have registered, you will be prompted to enter your username (RTO/ERO membership number) and your password. On this site you will find information that is of interest to and available only for members.
