Please forward completed and signed application form to the attention of:
    Project - Service to Others Committee
    RTO/ERO
    18 Spadina Road, Ste 300
    Toronto, Ontario M5R 2S7

Each District is asked to submit the application it is recommending as early as possible, but no later than March 1.
The Project - Service to Others Committee will meet in early Spring (March/April) to consider applications for funding.
The Chair of the Committee will communicate the results to the Districts who submitted projects.

Meeting all established criteria and guidelines, does not guarantee approval.
